Ask
and it will be given to you;
seek
and you will find;
knock
and the door will be opened to you.
Matthew 7:7

My faith is in an all-powerful, all-knowing, all-loving
God, God the Creator, loving Teacher, Parent, Elder Brother, Guardian
and one true Friend. There are "religions" and peoples of every faith who
are entrenched in bigotry, closed to others perceived to be different.
I do not support them or waste my time reading what they have to say. I
am closed to any teachings of harm to any of God's creations and exclude
any exploration of the dark practices. My personal faith has been stengthened
by reading of the worlds' myriad spiritual teachings. The similarities
are astounding and have brought me to an understanding of one true God,
who is greater than any name we can give Him.
Some modern-day 'New Age' teachings seem more to be
commercial efforts, incapable of imparting true knowledge; however, others
appear to be old teachings restated for today's readers. God has spoken
to many people throughout history (and far before written history) and
it is up to the seeker to 'listen with the heart' to find the Truth.
